We want to understand how those of you working in the hospitality, accommodation and leisure businesses based in Westminster feel about the sector. What do you like, what don’t you like - and how can working in this sector be improved?

We are keen to understand your views and opinions about working within the hospitality and leisure sectors in Westminster. 

We want to understand how you feel about working in this sector – what you like and what you don’t like – and in particular, what needs to be addressed to improve your levels of satisfaction with your role.

The survey is being undertaken on behalf of Westminster City Council and and each of the Business Improvement Districts in the area.  Working with AttisTowns, they are keen to improve the image and the appeal of jobs and careers in Westminster’s hospitality and leisure businesses and to ultimately develop a formalised and appealing employee programme designed to benefit all those working in the sector.

Your input will help ensure that they are taking account of the views of employees (surveys are also being undertaken with businesses).

Your participation is anonymous and all of your responses will treated as confidential. The survey is being conducted by independent market research company 56 Degree Insight in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
